Jon was extremely professional and courteous from the moment I made the phone call to arrange an appointment until completion of the repair work. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged for repair within a couple of days. He was very straightforward and honest with his estimate during the entire process. It was very convenient to have Jon come to the house and knock out the repair within a day. Lastly, he provided a military discount to make the service call worth the investment.

I highly recommend their service and advise making an appointment to make the process as convenient as possible.

They also sell refurbished TV's, which are better than new as all the parts have been looked over, I am going there next week to get another TV
