I moved here from CA four years ago and was in an accident two years ago. I was referred to Michael Haight and was glad I was. His staff was very helpful and communicated with me very well. It did take two years for my case to settle but I did get the $$ plus more that I expected. They are also very efficient and did not want to rush my case due to my injuries. I would recommend them to others and would use them again if I need.

I would definitely recommend Henness & Haight ! First off they have an absolutely wonderful staff! They kept great communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Shaun Muaina was very friendly, helpful, and always kept in touch, updating me with was going on. The whole process was actually very fast! I also received more than what I was expecting, which was great! I was 100% satisfied with their service, and I would definitely recommend them to someone involved in an accident.

Mark Henness and Haight law firm, handled my case. They missed the court filling date by 10 days and dropped me before the hearing. I notified them 30 days before to file the papaerwork. I am on disability because of the injury with no recourse, other than find an attorney that will sue another.

Henness & Haight has acted in complete incompetence and bad faith. They have flat out lied, miss-represented themselves, and compromised my case.

Henness and Haight made the whole process so easy. After my car accident I was out a lot of money and really didn't understand the process of getting it back. After visiting with Henness and Haight, they took care of everything, I didn't have to worry about any of it, and I got all the money I needed. Thanks!
