They could not find the appt I made 2 months earlier and said I could not see the doctor for the appt I had made for that day and time....2 months earlier. I have seen this doctor over 20 years..long before he joined HCP. There apparently is a time limit between visits and if a patient waits too long (probably cause they feel ok), they can never see the doctor again.
Do not get involved with this business. A patient could die while they decide to honor their appts. They should lose their business license and NOT be in the health field. I know they can make lots of money in this field but not caring about patient's lives is more important to the outside world than their ideas of profit more important than lives.
