Booked our upcoming tradeshow rooms with them. Checked them out on line - Didn't find anything bad - Called the hotel to makes sure they show a block of rooms under this company''s name - they did. Went ahead and booked and confirmed direct with hotel reservations were in fact made - they were. Made some changes to my room needs and never got any email reply back to confirm - called them at various numbers and got a fast busy signal - immediately caled Hotel only be to told my reservations had been cancled. They got my $1500 deposit but luckily i caught this before they grabbed the balance of $3000 from my Credit Card. Stay away from them - FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD........

HDMC Group has a habit of saying one thing and doing another. After overcharging us for accomodations and a lack of communication we decided to cancel our reservations and were refused a refund - even though it was guaranteed to us by their customer service rep when we booked the trip. Don't even get me started on trying to get a hold of a manager. The company (which consists of a very few number of employees) will give you the run around and NEVER returns phone calls. Don't waste your time with this horrible so-called "Service". We are currently in the process of taking legal action and have all ready been in contact with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Attorney General's Office because this so-called "service" provider is in violation of Consumer Laws and is involved in Deceptive Trade Practices.
