My water heater started leaking & I called Hawthrone Plumbing & the staff booked my call & had a technicican to me within the hour. I was so pleased with their priority service to my despair & the technician did a remarkable job & had me up & running within 2hrs of arrival. In the past dealing with other compaines for smaller needs I waited all day for service & once was even put off for weeks waitning on parts. I will only use Hawthorne Plumbing from now on & recommend them to all. This company takes care of you like you are family & I like that.

Hawthorne came out to fix my water heater when it started leaking late at night. The tech replaced it the same night, was very knowledgeable, & clean. They had great service!

had a what they call a slab leak under my home. Hawthorne Plumbing came out in a timely manner and diagnoised the problem. Technician gave suggestions on how the leak could be repaired. They came out the next day and ran a new water line. The technician was very good and did the work professionally. I will use Hawthorne Plumbing in the future for all my repairs.

HawthornePHC did an awesome job! My temperature was going haywire so I called my home warranty company. I’ve had several companies out & nobody has been able to fix my problem. The technician came out diagnosed it and had it fixed within minutes. I appreciated the fast service also.

My home warranty company arranged Hawthorne Plumbing HC (Las Vegas) to contact me. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Hawthorne PHC to set up an appointment for assessment and inspection, etc.



Needless to say, from the time the plumber arrived to job competion ~ I'm an extremely satisfied customer.



Top notch professionalism; more than friendly and knowledgeable staff. The plumber was kind enough to inform me of other problematic areas.



I've dealt with other services in the recent past and there's no comparison.

When my hot water heater went out (water all over the garage), this was the company my home warranty company sent out. It took nine hours for someone to show up (we had no running water in the house at this point). Upon arrival, we were told that there would be an additional $600+ in charges to bring the house up to code. The plumber stated that he doubted the charges would be covered, but he would call for authorization in the morning. The next morning I received a call stating that the charges were not covered. I called the home warranty company and in fact these charges were not covered. They offered to send me a check for $340, but it would be my responsibility to prove I replaced the water heater. I placed more phone calls to other plumbers. For $500 out of pocket, I was able to have a new hot water heater installed the same day (and the old one removed). There were no code violations, and they were basically charging the difference in what the warranty paid and what they normally charge. However, they did not come out and say that. Instead, they used phrases like "code vioaltions" and such to try and scare me into paying the money. Please, please, please save yourself the frustration and headache. Use someone else.

Last night I returned home at 2 am from work to find my kitchen and den with about an inch of water on the floor. I called about 9 different company's only to get no call back, or told I would have to wait till the morning. I then called Hawthorne and had a plumber at my house in 30 minutes. The plumber very quickly found the water coming from the wall under the sink. He had to cut open the wall and repair a pipe with a hole in it. Not only was impressed at the cost of the repair but this guy cared so much that he covered my cabinets with plastic to protect it from the dry wall, cleaned up his mess very well, and then even helped me suck up some of the water off the floor!!! This is the only company I will ever use again.

Hawthorne came to my home to replace a broken water heater under our Home Warranty contract. Unfortunately codes had changed and Warranty would not pay for drain pan (now required) or straps (now required). I can deal with that. However, the $85 charge for disposal and $90 for a $40 building permit (also required) were quite another thing. A $50 Admin fee for a $40 permit that can be done on line is nothing but gouging. Ended up costing $595 to have a $200 water heater replaced, thank goodness I had a Home Warranty to pay the $200 for the heater! Next time I'll buy a how-to book and learn!
