Dr. Garrett Arizala, a board certified optometrist, has been practicing at the Sam's Club Vision Center located on the NW corner of Eastern and Serene since 2002. Patients do not need a Sam's Club membership to enjoy low warehouse prices on contact lenses or glasses. All eye exams are conducted in a courteous and professional manor and include checks for cataracts, glaucoma and other ocular diseases. A rigorous and up to date protocol is kept for treatment of infection, allergies and dry eye. Dr. Arizala encourages eye exams for children and sees ages 4 and up at his office. My daughter and I were seen by Dr. Garrett. He was kind and easy to work with. I didn't have the name of my new insurance at the time of the appt and were in a rush. I paid and called him later to submit receipt to insurance company for reimbursement. He not only submitted the form for me as I travel for work, but he returned all calls from me in an effort to assist. I have been a customer now for over 2 years and are very happy with the services he provides.

Dr Arizala is a kind man. I have 7 children, 6 see him yearly for their eye exam. He is patient and will go above and beyond to help his customers.

I find it laughable the ad states he does exams for children four and up. He was rude and disrespectful to a six year old child and refused to finish an exam that barely started. He was in a hurry to get out of the office apparently. Hide your kids because this is not the place to go. I wish I could give zero stars.
