Although the employees were nice , the quality of the service and repair left much to be desired.
The person who vacuumed the pool did not speak or understand English. He was very polite and friendly however.
My pool constantly had Algae return. No testing other than Chlorine and PH was ever done by anyone but myself. Follow up testing never performed.except by me.
Vacuum Leaf collector was always left full and smelled after a day or two. Pool rafts were always thrown out of the pool helter skelter and left to sun rot on the concrete.
Pool equipment repairs were faulty and and not diagnosed correctly.Frankly, I grew tired of complaining and would just fix the problem myself.
If all you want is your pool vacuumed , then hire them. Sorry for the bad review, I usually try to be a positive person.

Had a problem with an air leak in my system that was causing the lousy chemicals I bought from Wal- Mart to foam up my pool into a giant Mr. Bubble bath tub. The below freezing temps we've had recently then FROZE that foam. Now I'm breaking up and shoveling snow out of little ANTARCTICA in my own backyard.

Truly sucked. I assure you.

Guaranteed Pool found and fixed the air leak and installed a new filter. Timely response and excellent repairs (at an excellent price) have my pool now running ....

CLEAR, strong, and on auto pilot.
