Be sure and go to hairstylist ...

Be sure and go to hairstylist named Erik (5 stars) at the Silverado Ranch & Bermuda Las Vegas location. He is the only Good employee they've got. Been going there for over 3 years, Erik offers great haircuts and customer service, while the rest of the staff lacks in these areas (they get 0 stars).

Horrible

Don't order delivery from this place...we've tried twice. The first time the delivery driver couldnt find our house so he went back to the store and never called us...then when we called they said he went home and we had to come get it ourselves. The 2nd time they took almost 2 hours and couldn't find the house..when I called he was 20 mins away on the other side of town. I dont know where they get their directions.
