This company does not care anything about customer service. If you have an issue or complaint beware, they only have one customer service rep. Bus broke down on the way to the Grand Canyon we were stranded for 4 1/2 hours. The lunch that we paid for turned out to be McDonald's. The company refused to give any compensation for your inconvenience. Use anybody but this company!
