Such a wonderful place....medicaid patients have a lot of choices here for frames...and the doctor is wonderfully patient! I love my glasses.

Very poor customer service from owner Grady Williams and his wife Betty Williams. I saw Betty, the owner's wife and receptionist literally tell an Customer to "Go to hell" and when the lady asked to talk to her boss, she said, "They can't get rid of me, I own the business". Mr. Grady Williams came out and heard all this, and said " I'm going to let you two hash this out" and went back to the exam rooms. Mrs. Williams literally kept berating this customer with insults, in front of a waiting room full of customers. I got up immediately, and left. I would strongly suggest anyone never to give this optomitrist their business. I was literally appalled at how this all happened. I will never give this eye doctor my business again. I would hate for such to happen to me.
