This company is horrible or I should say one of the tax preparers gave me a horrible experience. His name is Rodney Thomas ..I went to his office the latter portion of December to get w head start on my taxes. He informed me that there was some information missing from my employer and my child day care before he could complete. He told me that I was free to leave as he would get that information needed and complete my return. I never heard back from him ..after the 3rd week I texted him asking him how close he was to completing my taxes but no reply. The next day I then called him and he told me he didn't reply to my text intentionally because I didn't ask what I needed. He then stated that he had gathered all necessary information and he was just waiting to submit the papers on 1/19, I no longer wanted anything to do w Rodney because of the lack of communication and I req'd to have my paperwork picked up so that he no longer had my personal information. Rodney stated that was paperwork was ready for pick up ..yesterday I went to get my papers and Rodney looked for 10 mins and then came back w an excuse that my paperwork was shredded ..he no longer had them. Rodney is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt w in my entire life and the whole situation has left me uneasy ! Pls do not go to this company for your taxes or any other business. They are too careless w your personal/sensitive information
