The expectation of a good dining experience was a total failure. My husband celebrated his 40th birthday at Ramsay Steak expecting excellent customer service.



1. When I asked for filtered water rather than the "imported" water the waiter gave me a dirty look like how dare you order "free" water.

2. When it was time to order our server "Yaron" stated to us that we can skip all the formality of bringing around the steak display of the different cuts if we already know what to order.

He seem to want to rush us with our order without explaining anything. I requested that the steak display be brought around but we knew what we wanted.

3. The server Yaron rushed off before we can stop him because we decided to get the Steak for two instead. Yaron gave us a disturbed look and told us to hurry so he can tell the cook.

4. Water refills were slow.

5. The only time the server Yaron was somewhat nice was when he gave us the check like we won't remember the rest of the horrible service.



For a supposedly classy Steak Restaurant they need to stop being so snotty and remember that everyone's money is considered the same as everyone else's.



I wore a nice dress and my husband wore a sweater and slacks. We looked way more dressed up then the rest of the other customers.

the food was pedestrian , the ambiance very loud, and the service very slow and in-attentive. absolutely nothing to recommend dining here. gordon should be embarrassed.
