I have been with GWM since they first opened and now have 3 properties with them. Being an out of state investor, I really appreciate their attention to detail and their great pricing.

We have 10 properties with GWM and after the recent change in office managers, we are pleased to say that the customer service level has really picked up. I didn't have issues before, but now I receive a lot more communication than ever. Thank you for paying attention to our needs.
