I visited 3 shops on the strip...

I visited 3 shops on the strip that purchase scrap gold from the public and got the run around from all 3. I researched what gold was going for per oz and these guys gave me the best price for my gold. Just a bit off the strip but well worth it!!!

These guys know their business!!

I searched the phone book for jewelry buyers and called several of them to ask some questions. Got many rude and unhelpful people on the phone until I called Gold and Diamond Exchange. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful and told me to bring down what I had and he would quote me a price. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice guy named Mike and he made me feel very comfortable from the minute I entered the store. He took his time and checked all of my items and ended up offering me $200 more than I had hoped for! He is the greatest and I will never go anywhere else! Mike, you made a new customer for life and you can be sure I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I can! Thank you so much!

This guy thinks he's gods gift to all ppl tryin to sell jewelry!!

I was walking up and down sahara doing some shopping at the shoe stores and boutiques, and decided to stop in and find out how much he would offer me for my ring, (18kt gold with 8 small diamonds and one 2 carat diamond) the guy looked at me ( i had my kids with me) like i walked in there by accident, and basically told me to get out! he wasnt interested in my ring, because it was "too small" and wouldnt even give me an offer price!!! this guy is a jerk, he's prolly running some underground buisness with the jewelry store as a front! SO, i cant come in with my kids, but you cant kennel your UN-potty trained dog in the store? very unproffesional, i wont EVER go back there!

Tried to underpay

Went in with scrape gold - was offered 167 for almost 30grams - I frowned and said that doesn't seem right - the person said oh it was on pennies ?? Then he changed the offer almost $100 more wasn't comfortable - so I left needless to say I got a lot more at some other honest location. Seller beware!!!!

Taken for a ride...

My husband died and left me with huge medical bills. As a result, I was forced to go into the Diamond & Gold Exchange to sell some jewelry. I went in with several pieces of Jewelry, each appraised for several thousand dollars. Heavy gold content and excellent jemstone quality appraisals. I was given $350. for over $7,000.00 worth of jewelry. Granted, retail jewelry is marked up; but, not that much! I should have just sold everything on EBAY. I learned my lesson the hard way here.. I won't be returning to this place again.......

It feels really uncomfertable in threre...

I went in wit my husband to see the value of his recently departed mothers engagement ring. The gentlemen that helped me seemed bothered by us. He did nothing but be little the ring and said it was of low quality. Little did he know that we have a certification for the stone, and it ranks pretty high. Overall its located in a seedy area of town and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't recommend anyone go there.

Diamonds and Gold for Cash

Gold & Diamond Exchange is the place to go if you get tired of your old jewelry and want cash for diamonds and gold. They are reputable, ethical and fair. I was impressed by Michael's integrity and how much time and care he took assessing my jewelry.
