I purchased a vehicle and two months later GMF filed bankruptcy. I tried contacting the bankruptcy several times leaving voicemails with my name and contact information yet to this date have received no further contact/ information. What is going on with the titles to the vehicles? I have heard plenty of customer reviews stating that they paid this place and never received a title so I am curious to find out if GMF actually had the majority of the titles to the vehicles they 'owned' and sold. I still have no idea what to do about this? Does any former customer know any information?

I purchased a 91 MBZ E300 from this company, three weeks later the engine went out. Can you imagine!! They wouldn't fix the car or give me back my money. So I made a deal that if I replaced the engine they would knock off the cost from my balance I owed. They financed the car along with a trade-in. I made all the payments now I can't get my title!! They never mailed me the title. I went to jail, got out only to find out that the lot was closed -- chain link fence and locked down. Does anyone know who the trustees are on their bankruptcy case and how I can contact them? Can anyone help me?

GMF get the chapter 7 Wednesday, thats mean is out of business to many problems, for sales and customers. not all the salespersons are bad some feel bad for the customers too.

I bought 2 cars sadly from them :/ both of them stopped working within a week... 'nuff said.. gtfo of there asap

THE MECHANICS CHANGE ON A DAILY BASIS. THE CARS ARE MICKIE MOUSED TO RUN FOR A FEW DAYS. THE CAR YOU BUY AND I GUANTEE YOU WILL BREAK DOWN, IT’S PLANNED TO GET YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A PIECE OF CRAP.



THEIR CARS ARE BOUGHT AT AUCTIONS AND DO NOT RUN WHEN THEY GET THEM. THEY ARE MICKIE MOUSED ONLY TO RUN A FEW DAYS AND IT BECOMES YOUR PROBLEM NO-LONGER THEIR PROBLEM.



DO NOT EVEN USE A TRADE IN WHEN YOU BUY ANOTHER CAR, THEY SELL IT THE SAME DAY YOU TRADED IT IN, AND THE CAR YOU BOUGHT BREAKS DOWN AND THEN YOU HAVE NOTHING.



THEY RIP YOU OFF; THE CARS ARE NOT GOOD AND USUALLY BREAK DOWN WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASE. THEY OF COURSE PLAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU WHEN YOU COME INTO THERE LOT.



THEY KEEP YOUR DOWN PAYMENT EVEN IF THE CAR BREAKS DOWN. THEY DO NOT PAY FOR REPAIRS EXCEPT OFFER TO PAY 50% OF REPAIRS AT THERE FACILITY.



IF YOU ARE 1 DAY LATE ON THE PAYMENT THEY REPO THE CAR AND IF YOU WANT IT BACK THEY CHARGE IN THE EXCESS OF $300 PLUS THE PAYMENT.



THE STATE OF NEVADA AND THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH IT AND DOES NOTHING TO STOP THEM. SO PROTECT YOUR SELF AND STAY AWAY,

I HAD THE WORST CREDIT AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE AWAY IN A VEHICLE THAT DAY. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN GAVE ME A FREE WARRANTY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
