I have been booking with GHM for two years now, and have never had any issue. Kandi with customer service is super helpful, and even helped me get out of some booking issues I had. The agents are amazing at finding you just what you are looking for, and not going over budget. If you have an upcoming convention you are attending, they are the people to help you get your housing in order!!

GHM is a Scam. Beware. GHM (Global Housing Management) made an unsolicited call identifing themselves as the with the Hilton Hotels (LAS VEGAS) reservation staff to assist us in booking our rooms for an upcoming convention. They claimed that the rooms were going fast and we need to book immediately or may not be able to have a room. We were not ready to book because we were not sure of the number of rooms needed but the caller stated that we could cancel at any time.

My secretary was extremely busy at the time but GHM insisted she stay on the line and immediately sign and return a faxed document to hold our rooms. Thinking that we were talking to the Hilton Staff she signed the document and faxed it back.

What GHM did not make clear was the caller was with GHM, a separate booking agency and not the Hilton. Also, that their cancellation policy was not the usual hotel cancellation without charges within 24 to 48 hours, but they retained a 25% cancellation fee plus the remaining money to be held by GHM and must be used within 180 days or forfeited for a future booking only through them.

After repeated checks with the Hilton GHM never made ay reservations for us at the Hilton or anywhere else. In fact the staff at the Hilton never heard of the company.

It was charged on our America Express card so hopefully they will cover this fraud and register the business as a fraud in their data base. We are out $2800.00 for the rooms.

Also as you can guess GHM refuses to return the money. We received no goods or services from GHM.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Global Housing Management has been involved in the last 8 reservations we have made. Every time they have been extremely courteous, even though I know we make a lot of changes. Our company sends basically the same representatives to each convention and YES, sometime we do need to make that last minute change. GHM Travel has told us that they would try their best to make these changes, but sometimes it??s either too close to check in, or they??re no rooms available. Global Housing Management has gone above and beyond to get me the necessary rooms. They have a great customer service department that works extremely hard to get the job done. I have recommended them to our other Vendors and have heard only great news back. GHM Travel again is an EXCELLENT company.

Make sure if anything is discussed over the phone because if you don't the so call "MANAGER" calls you to tell you any changes made will have a fee. They give you some BS just to get you to sign but when you want to make changes or cancel rooms they give you MORE BS. Its just easier to go through Expedia, kayak, or other sites than GHM.

Great quality, excellent customer service and outstanding rates. I value many things in the business industry and cheap rates are one of them. Every year I book multiple rooms and I always need the best rate possible. They not only helped with great rates but provided the best personal customer service I have encountered. Will be using them for all business travel needs.

Superior Service, Excellent Company is the only way to describe to Global Housing Management. We have been using them for over 2 years. When GHM Travel makes reservations for our company they only take a 1 night room and tax to hold the rooms. They have never charged us in full. In fact they they're the only company that actually gives us confirmation numbers. We have always had our rooms when we arrived at the hotels. GHM Travel's customer service department is by far the best in the industry. Our emails are always responded to; our calls to the company have always been taken by the correct person. If we have to make changes, these changes are confirmed via email and we receive our new Itinerary with the correct changes. I strongly recommend GHMTravel to anyone looking for a travel agency that cares about their clients.

Ever needed a a great rate on a hotel? Then these are the folks for you. Reservation is completely flexible, and any changes neede can just be emailed in. Talk about easy!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.....GHM Travel has been our dedicated Travel Agent for over a year. In the beginning we only booked a few rooms with them, but now that our business has grown, they handle both of our companies. GHM Travel has explained to us that there are numerous competitors in the travel industry and some of them will write false and negative articles on the internet, just to make GHM Travel appear that they have a reputation. I want to write this review to show that GHM Travel has an excellent reputation and has always conducted themselves in a professional manner. Since they have continued to save us money, we will continue to use their services. I can promise you that you will receive the same courteous service.

Excellent Service! Excellent Prices!. Global Housing Management has been providing all our hotel accommodations for the past year and half. When we need to make a reservation for our company for an upcoming event or even a personal trip, we contact GHM Travel. Since we travel quite often, sometimes our plans may change. GHM has credited our account so we can use that money on a future reservation. We find that dealing with the same company has alleviated the stress of travelling. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to other businesses.

Warning to conventions: GHM (Global Housing Management, Las Vegas, NV.) somehow obtained a copy of our associations confidential mailing list and called our members claiming to represent our association to facilitate booking of rooms at the hotel where our convention was to be held. GHM sales people are very clever how the phrase their telephone introduction so that the unsuspecting recipient is convinced that they are talking to the hotel itself. GHM does not indicate that they are a outside booking agency and that there cancellation fee is a nonrefundable 25% plus the remaining money remains with them and must be used within 180 days for a booking only through them or forfeited. In addition GHM will push your association member that they must respond immediately because that are only a few available rooms left.

Please warn your members about GHM and there practices because there room prices will be higher and there is no room rebates to your association.

Our company has been using Global Housing Management for all of our business travel needs for years. They have always supplied us with significantly discounted hotel reservations. We just booked 7 rooms for 5 nights each at a hotel in Miami, the hotel direct rate was $395.00 per night and Global Housing Management was able to get the same room at the hotel for $185.00 per night. That's $210.00 per night savings..$7,350.00 in total!!!!



Of course we would highly recommend them.

We have just returned from Orlando. The vacation/business trip was far too short, as Orlando was beautiful this time of year. It could have been a little cooler. The hotel reservations were made through a Global Housing Management. Their prices were much cheaper than anything we were able to find on our own or the Internet. My company travels all over the world to purchase exotic automobiles. We will be using Global Housing Management “GHMTravel” for all our future hotel reservations.
