This place is a total scam. M...

This place is a total scam. My wife and I had two dancers drag us off to a booth (in hindsight this was after they noticed my wife's $20,000 ring), dance for us for three songs, then tell us it was $35 each for 3 songs. Overpriced, but fine, except then they told us they had given us 9 dances even though we weren't in the booth more than 10-15 minutes.

They then teamed up to try and keep my wife and I away from each other so we couldn't communicate and wouldn't let us leave without paying. They overcharge you 20% to use credit card to deter chargebacks, and take all of your information including a scam of your thumb print (pretty obvious this is over-excessive to see through their scam). The management said there was nothing they could do about it. Another couple had the same problem while we were there. Basically, when you enter this place you are agreeing to be harassed, over-charged, and scammed. We negotiated down our price, paid and got out of there, now I'm just hoping they don't overcharge us more or have other scams going based on having so much of your personal information.

It doesn't help either that these two girls weren't even attractive, and the other girls in the venue weren't any better. One was drunk and falling down all over the place. Another dancer was over 180lbs, and the only other dancer we saw looked like a horse.

Lastly, I suggest you not believe anything the 'management' say in their comments responding to reviews online, they are trying to mitigate the reviews so they can continue to scam people. Find a different place to go - this place is likely to ruin your vegas vacation, especially if you go with your wife!

Worse experience in Vegas

I agree 100% with Chris's review. I have been coming to Vegas every year for the past 10 years. I did visit girls of the Glitter Gulch at least once when I was there. It had been a fair to good experience until after the renovation was done when some new girls worked there. The drinks were ok, but the girls were so and so with a few ugly ones. They would invite themselves to sit down, talked to you a little , then literally drag you out of your seat to go lap dancing with them. If you refused, they would demand a tip for at least $5.00 or $10.00 for the time spent with you talking. Keep in mind that they invited themselves to sit down not you. I spent about $100 in the club on November 20, 2008 in one hour. What I got were two drinks, a less than satisfactory lap dance and the rest were tips, tips and more tips. Tips should be voluntory, not mandatory. Worst of all, tips should not be demanded from you with a figure like at least so much. It spoiled the mood and ruined the fun. I did meet a nice dancer, Angelita who is very sociable, tactful with customers and smart enough to carry on an intelligent conversation. She did not ask me for a tip. I was very happy to voluntarily give her a good one. She was one I really like and I had fun with her chatting. On my way out of the club, this tall black girl said something very rude to me. She said "no money, walk the street". Is that the way to treat a customer? When all boils down, customers are the blood line of your business. Without them, your business will surely fold. No wonder there were less than a handful of customers in there.

worst imaginable experience

First off it has an expensive cover at 20 bucks. Place is small and dirty. Girls are not very attractive and extremely pushy. Went for a bachelor party in may 08, extremely bad experience - not just for a club but a bad life experience, like paying to get in a car wreck or something. Girls behave like the most pushy used car salesmen imaginable multiplied by a factor of 10. It was not unlike cutting yourself across the chest with a knife and jumping into tank with 100 starving sharks. Girls literally grab you and try to pull you to booths to get dances out of you. Ruined the evening and practically ruined the entire trip to vegas.
