The guys at the shop were very nice and will manner.
The truck was making some weird sounds and smoking from the tail pile
A hour later i was fix up and out their at a low price.

Provided by YP.comMANY TIMES I HAVE BEEN WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT MECHANICS SINCE MOVING HERE IN VEGAS BACK 1993. AND MAN, DID I MEET SOME BAD ONES AND SOME LOOKS GOOD IN THE BEGINNING AND ONCE THEY GET YOUR TRUST, WATCH OUT!
WITH OSCAR AND HIS CREW, I WAS SKEPTICAL AND HAD ALWAYS BEEN. THAT WEIRD FEELING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET IT SOMEHOW.
GBB HAD PROVEN ME WRONG. TRANNY SERVICE, I KEPT AN EYE ON IT AND THEY CLEANED REAL GOOD. EVEN THE BIG JOB OF THE OIL FAN, GOOD JOB. AND OF COURSE WAY WAY LESS THAN A DEALER WOULD CHARGE.
I GOT SO SPOILED, I STARTED ASKING FOR STARBUCKS COFFEE OR A GOOD BREAKFAST BURRITO. BUT I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE GOOD SERVICE AND DONE RIGHT THAN THE FANCY STUFF THAT THE OTHERS WOULD GIVE.

Provided by YPmobileMade me feel like they cared, but put a cheap tiny little oil filter on my car and over-filled the oil. I was also in for a quote on tire too, but they never returned my call. Also, there was damage to a plastic shield under the car near my oil filter, but not certain it was done by them. I'm going for a new oil change at a trusted auto place as I'm not even confident that they put the correct oil in my car.
I greatly appreciate your feed back and specially by mentioning "Made me feel like they cared", because GBB DOES CARE. Now I would like to address your concerns: 1)the oil filter used in your ehicle is the one that meets specs. 2) I did call you to quote a set of 4 Hankook tires at $435 on 3/18. 3) You are correct, the plastic shield was not damaged by us, like I showed you on your recent visit. 4) The oil put in your vehicle meets specs, guaranteed. I would be more than happy to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Our number one commitment is our valued customer satisfaction. Thanks again for sharing your experience. It will definetely help us maximize customer satisfaction.

My fiance and I were having big issues with our blazer, we needed alot of work done. So we checked 4 different places, 3 of them were to expensive and the customer service was not too good. Thats when we ended up at GBB on Vegas Dr and Decatur. The customer service was excellent and they were very prompt on getting our blazer in the shop. They went above and beyond our expectations. The mechanics at GBB are very helpful and good at what they do.. The coffee is great tooo... Thank You to all the employees at GBB Automotive, your new customers Jason and Ivonne
