This company is horrible at communication and payment for services rendered. They also ask you as a vendor to generate lots of proposals that they most likely use to give to their clients and then they perform the work in house. They lack integrity at the highest level.

Gatski took over as the property manager of the office complex we were in last fall. We moved out October 7th and have been requesting our security deposit ever since. They sent us a check for a fraction of our deposit. It took an email threatening attorneys to get a response as to why they shorted us. They are now asking for proof that we paid the 7 days in October (which is much less than the amount they withheld). Why didn't they ask us for the proof in the beginning? Because they are determined not to refund us what is legally owed.Stay away from them.

They are not interested in little guy owners. Not good service at all.Cost me thousands extra to have them manage.

Everyone I have spoken with tends to pass the responsiblity to someone else. The turnaround time for call backs are less than any standards. Seems like the proporty managers do NOT care about their tenants (customers). Once this lease is up, we are out of here!
