Garcia Landscape

This company started out great. They signed contract on May 21, 2018 and we requested job be done by June 3rd. On June 19th which was the day day we saw them the job was still not done. Paid them all but about 10% and the guy calls today to come over and pick up two pallets of pavers and his wheelbarrow and he had the nerve to ask for the rest of his money knowing the job wasn�t completed. My husband who has COPD has to finish the job
