They took a case that nobody wanted and got excellent results. They were nice people. They were nice to the attorney for the other side, but could litigate if need be. Yes, speak softly and carry a BIG stick, get it? That is why they got the insurance guy to pay something reasonable on a "weak case"??

Another commenter mentioned dress? I did not hire a Gucci model or someone from GQ. Their dress was causal when it could be and professional when it had to be. If you wear a silk suit, people will complain, if you wear a cheap suit people will complain. Matching you verbal tone and appearance for a jury or a negotiation is an art form. Wearing causal clothes at a deposition might make a client more at ease? Less likely to make mistakes or say the wrong thing.

All in all I am happy.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! These guys are not your hoidy-toidy stuck-up jerk lawyers. I went to them after a car accident and I had pretty much the worst idea of lawyers ever, but these guys changed that. They were friendly and respectful. They always kep me updated on how my case was going and what they were working on. Preston was sooo helpful and if they didnt answer my calls right away, they called me back within a few minutes. I never thought that was possible from a lawyer. Very, very impressed and ended up with a great settlement. Thanks Bill, Amy, and Preston!!!!

Just a bunch of good, down to earth people. Very friendly, and definitely fought hard for me. After being screwed over by a previous attorney, I was hesitant to call a lawyer after my car wreck, but these guys explained everything really well and got me a GREAT check! My friend, a passenger in the same wreck, went to Glen Lerner, and I got WAAAY more that she did. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
