There's not too much to say about this company. My doctor ordered a thermo-comp machine for me for ACL reconstruction post-op and they delivered it along with my brace well before the surgery. My only problem is that they REFUSE to charge my insurance for the machine until it is returned due to their worries that it may be damaged. Understandably, it is a pretty expensive machine but they want me to pay a deposit of $150. $50, absolutely! But $150 with no warning!?! They just bring it to you and expect the full amount. I could absolutely understand if the machine were damaged upon pickup but $150 for most people in this economic recession is no drop in the bucket!
