Terrible! Was not able to try out furniture by putting feet up to see if it was comfortable... I can only imagine if we tried laying on the beds....

Excellent customer service. The salesman was extremely patient and gave us a lot of info. Besides, we were lucky enough to get our furniture shipped on the same day when we purchased it.

About half the furniture in my house is from this store! Always competitive pricing, and you can't beat free delivery to your door. They are willing to order anything you want.

I shopped around for a long time, until i found furniture markdowns,and I was pleasantly surprised at the service, and the selection. The salesman were very helpful, and informative,and I was very pleased with my purchase which came in a timely manner.

Hello, I am one of the employees at Furniture Markdowns. We had ordered this customer a special order server, which was delivered to us damaged. We ordered a second server from a different warehouse, but that server also came in damaged. Each time we delivered the new item in the box to her house where, when unpacked from the shipping boxes, we saw the damage. We tried a third time, each time paying in full for the new item to make the customer happy, but I believe that time the company sent one of the damaged items back to us. We informed this individual that we were not confident that these items were made correctly and immediately was going to issue a refund, which was rejected by this customer. She insisted we make the company, one of the largest manufacturers in the world, open and inspect the item before it was sent to us. She called the manufacturer directly a number of times, who in turn tried to explain that it was impossible, but again she would not hear it. We eventu

Great prices, great customer service!

I have bought many things from them when they were located on Eastern Ave. I was never disappointed although I don't buy from the catalog, I order from what I see on the floor. The old place was much larger and I liked that better. They also offer free delivery in the valley after you pay the fee one time.

If you do business with this company make sure they have it in stock otherwise you will never ever see the merchandise you purchased. I order and paid for a piece of furniture in September and I still haven't received it. My advise is to buy from another store maybe one that is interested in actually making sure the customer is happy.
