My wife and I recently moved to Las Vegas (Summerlin) and wanted to replace the carpet in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. We shopped at the big box stores, Lowe's and Home Deport, and smaller all-purpose shops. Bottom line at those places is that the employees know little to nothing about carpet but are mere order takers. And most of them are quite stupid to boot. It was a complete waste of time. Then we read a few reviews about Fullerton's. They all seemed positive. So with some optimism we called and spoke to Jerry the owner. He invited us to meet him at a recent Las Vegas home show on a Saturday and even procured free admission tickets. There we met him and his son who seemed most professional. The selection was limited given the show but since we were not able to see his complete line of carpet that day, he actually met us on a Sunday at his shop to show us his wares. That we found completely remarkable. Not only does he carry world class carpet, but his prices are competitive, lower in fact that what those big box chains cost. And his store is laid out so well that we were able to look at many selections without feeling overwhelmed or crowded. We selected a wonderful carpet, his son came out to the house to measure a day later, he gave us a very good price including installation, promised us an install date, and he delivered. The carpet was laid yesterday by a father/son duo of true professionals. The carpet looks beautiful as it should given its quality. The entire process of working with Jerry was well beyond pleasant. He is a businessman to be sure, but he treats people like people first, decently, and then as prospective customers. I recommend him without reservation and look forward to continued dealings with him and his son. If you are looking for great carpets, great service, and great support after the sale look no further than Fullerton's!

Fullerton's Floor Covering has the best prices on carpet in town. Jerry is a really nice guy and his price for the exact same carpet at the "big warehouse" company was half the cost. I had a sample of the carpet I wanted with me when I went to the "big warehouse" and asked the salesman what the difference was when I found the same carpet there. He said there was no difference they were the same quality. I wanted to ask him "if there's no difference why is it twice as much as Fullerton's price" but I didn't. I just thanked him got in my car and called Jerry on the way home to see if he could send someone out to measure my house that day. His installer's showed up at 9:a.m and worked straight through until 5:p.m.. They were very polite, hardworking, and careful in all the rooms they worked in. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up every single thing when they were done. I could not be happier and cannot say enough good things about Jerry,his company, and his workers.

Fullertons is the best company i ever ever dealt with.. they were honest up front on time and by far the best price for the quality of material.. i would not recommend using any other company.. thank you jerry we love our new flooring..
