I was pleased with the attention that was being given to my nails, but when it was time to pay the check the price was not what was quoted on the phone. I asked for gel polish and was then informed that shaping and cleaning up was an additional charge after the service was done. That is completely ridiculous!!!! I had gel nails when I came so of course some clean up would be required and if there is a charge for filing, tell people ahead of time.
