The landlord at this establishment is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and treats guests and tenants like crap. Her Volger language towards tenants and guests is unacceptable. Every time we make an attempt to go look at a unit the landlord/manager is never there. Tenants and perspective tenants are always lined up at the office for hours waiting for her to show up and she never shows up. We were told Jerry (landlord) screens her calls. Jerry is only there on rent day. One even told us that by the time jerry finally showed up in the office they were late on their rent because of her negligence as a landlord and landlord/management threatened them with eviction if the late fee wasn't paid. What kind of landlord/manager do you have running this establishment? We were thinking of renting from you, but not if the landlord/manager is never there. What kind of management only shows up on rent day. Isn't that illegal to withhold their mail and why is she charging for late rent when it's not the tenants fault she's never there. When my wife asked about the maintenance one of your tenants informed us it's bad. Took them a month for them to get a new A/C and the temperature was ranging from 100-121 that month. That's unacceptable. That's against the law to have tenants wait that long. We noticed on our visit that the drug activity is really bad there and the landlord does nothing about it. Drug deals were going on while she was standing there and did nothing but laugh. She overly friendly with her tenants. After seeing and listening to tenants complain about all this activity in one visit, I've decide to move somewhere else and we have no choice but to report this to the renters association. The only gates open for access for tenants and emergency vehicles are in the back. The main gates are permantely locked. Isn't that against fire code? This is not a safe environment for families.
