This is the worst place ever ! The agents are stuck up and rude they act like they don't wanna work especially Dhalia she's such a horrible rude disrespectful stuck up agent. Her and the rest of the agents with her DEFINATELY need to find another job because obviously they never had any customer service experience in their life. Do not go here they are the worst especially when you call their central phone transfering center since it's one phone number for contacting all locations they are so rude too !! This place needs a new staff !!!

They are stupid! This isn't even 1 star worthy!!! I had insurance with them before & they were awesome but now when I returned they made me go validate my Bill of Sale (which is not necessary according to DMV) & when I returned again they told me I couldn't have insurance with them because my father in law has a policy & they can't insure multiple people in a household even though it's been done before!
