not a bad place, overall good and the optical lens designer was nice but only one thing o keep in mind, no refunds, REALLY high prices ( I mean unnecessarily high) and poor optical work. like I said the guy was nice but the lens came out wrong, looked really bad and oh did I mention no refunds! Come if you want to play risk with your money, but if its not how you wanted it then you seriously just wasted a lot of money.

for 20 years I've worked in a field where damage to glasses is a pretty regular occurance both for myself and my clients. over the years I've brought in mangled frames that look like they have been through a pretzel making machine and on every occasion I've gotten back better then new glasses. Since my clients often do not have the ability to buy new glasses due to thier insurance this has often made the difference between an individual having a happy productive visioned life or up to two years of being near blind. Frame Fixers has often found a way to lower the price for them and to go the extra mile to make what they have work. this place is one of the hidden jems of Las Vegas where takeing care of your customers is priority one.

family owned..bent frame fixed for $8.00 ..very nice people recommend them

i bent my frame slightly so i called them and got a quote of 10 to 15 dollars to fix so i go there and suddenly and told how much more work needed to be done to my frame at cost of 45 dollars.i repeat that i only want the arm of my frame fixed but no that cant be done she says without repairing the other things she mentioned.so i went to the vision center at walmart and they did it for free.no charge.

I had an eye glass emergency & my optician is closed on Friday. 15 minutes after I walked in the door, I was back on the road with perfectly repaired frames/posts. Thanks for the friendly smile and quick service, you saved my weekend.

After Being to Six Different Stores around Vegas and When I finally got to the this store the girl looked at my glasses and said they could fix them!! They sodered my frames they replaced my nose pads and they even repainted and coated my lenses They were a God Send!!! -Heather (Las Vegas NV)

I took my glasses to this merchant and they seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing.The bridge was broken on my glasses and they assured me they could repair it. So I trusted them. BIG MISTAKE!!! First they made me pay up front, Well I thought ok. I could deal with that since they gave me a sob story of people not paying and picking up their frames. However, when I returned I picked up my glasses and was not happy. The bridge was not even and was totally uneven. I thought well. they are only bed time glasses so I would not say anything. I got home and laird glasses down and did not touch them for a wk. I picked them up to use them and they were scratched on one lens. BADLY.I called them and told them what had happened and they basically told me to bad so sad. Not our problem. So I would advise anyone to stay away from this business. They will take your money and do shotty work and expect you to just accept it They do not stand behind their work. and it is not good work..
