Types of Services: Stabilizing problematic soil conditions beneath buildings, roadways, and runways. AGSS is an ionic soil stabilizing chemical that reduces the swell potential and soil suction of clay soils.  A very cost effective method of remediating swelling clay soils. PPE is a plastic polymer emulsion asphalt that is used to stabilize road and runway subgrade soils.  PPE will increase the soil strength, modulus of resilience, and durability of road and runway subgrades that are paved.  Non paved road will also have similar improvements to their subgrade soils plus a reduction in dust potential. BRS is a polymer emulsion that is used on transportation roads, mine haulage roads, and construction projects.  Underpinning and releveling distressed structures. Helical Piers. Chance Helical Applicator. Micropiles. Williams or Titan coarse threaded hollow bar steel. Repairing cracked and damaged concrete floor slabs, foundations, basement walls, and retaining walls. New construction. Utilizing AGSS to reduce the swell potential of clay soils before constructing roads or buildings. Utilize Helical Piers or Micropiles to provide a very stable deep foundation for any type of surface structure. Slope stabilization using soil nails or tie back ground anchors.  Helical anchors or Micropiles will be used for these methodologies.
