I used this company for 4 years, but sadly, our relationship ended because they promised a lot and never delivered. The owner often "went out of town" for 3-4 weeks and was unreachable. He admitted that his pool guys were responsible for destroying my spa jets by putting too much chemical in the spa, removed the jets, and then 2 months later after complaints that the jets had not been replaced yet, decided that he was not responsible.
