I took my clothes there and I had a coupon: First they refused the coupon, fine, but if you use coupons for advertising you should HONOR them. Second. It took almost 2 weeks for my clothes to be finished. UNHEARD OF!!!! Third, when I received my clothes back, brand new pair of Ann Taylor slacks were ruined! I'm know cleaner, but the label specifically says do not steam, I'm assuming they didn't follow directions because there were tiny fibers all over my worn twice $73.00 pants! When I questioned them I was given the run around. "You have to talk to Isabell." Trying to get Isabell to come to the phone, that took about another week. What bothers me, is not so much the ruined pants BUT their business practices. They never even offered to pay for my pants, offer me a discount, or refund the cost of my cleaning bill, NOTHING. FLAIR CLEANERS UTILIZES HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE FOR RETURN BUSINESS. TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK AS THERE IS NO RECOURSE WHEN THE RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!!!! Pictures in comments, notice the tiny white fibers on my almost new pants...
