delivery scheduled to today. not set by 6pm last night, had to call at 8:30am today to get order set up for delivery, after being placed over a week ago. given delivery window between 5pm and 7pm. call from these jerks at 7:15 that they are two hours out, much later than the given delivery window. then didnt offer to reschedule for first thing tomorrow morning. we were told they would try to "fit it in" tomorrow but most likely not be delivered until saturday. over $7000 order with lowes cancelled due to their incompetence.
