Awful. Employees obviously aren't clear about their job description. Back in May received a letter about our garage door needing painting. Took care of it in early June. To this day, I still receive notices regarding this issue. The latest one stating an hearing will be scheduled. I have mailed, faxed copies of the invoice paid. My property management co. has done the same. Instead of threaning people they should spend time training their employees on how to perform their job duties. I am seriously done! The next harassing letter I received, I will contact a lawyer for a consultation.

First off, they charge about twice as much as other HOAs. That is reason enough to find another service. In addition, they are incompetent.

I don't like the star system for these greedy, unethical people. Zero stars is giving them too much credit for their zero tolerance on fines being rebutted. My wife and I have lived in our north Las Vegas home manged by them for 18 months now and already received $2000 in fines, penalties, liens, and harassment. Even complying with the fines such as cutting down tree limbs and sending in pictures doesn't remove the same fine month after month for the same tree limb that no longer exists. We have sued twice and will sue right out to the end of the world because we finally purchased our dream home and it is ashame Liberal organizations try to steal it from you with liens and fines. Their rule book changes monthly, thereby collecting more fines, new, each month. I am a CPA and now shelled out much money in attorney fees just to live in our home with my family. The harassment is unbearable, but maybe someone will rate them with five bullets to stop this because even the courts are not doing much. Our Constitution reflects private property is a right of every American and when you mess with American's private property it is unconstitutional. This is too much harrassement for our family.

This is a new page about First Service Residential after everyone gives zero star on them on Yelp website. The company's marketing team trying to make up your public image in this way is actually stupid. I doubt the integrity of the five stars because in our neighborhood every one hates this association. I already initial my lawsuit against you guys and will let others to do the same.

One more review to let others know just how terrible a company this is.



After receiving several notices regarding our trash can placement (which was behind several large bushes and not visible from the street or sidewalk) I asked for the exact bylaw language defining "common area view" as this can be a very subjective term. My response to the company was timely - per their instructions on the notice I was sent. Their response back to me took one month. In their response they stated they could tell me nothing more than "common area view".



Today I actually saw the person in front of my house who does the "inspections" and takes the pictures. He was taking a picture of my front lawn and when I asked why he told me we should have three trees planted rather than one. Mind you, this was a model home built roughly 8 years ago. In my experience buying new homes from the home builder, the landscaping that was desired per the HOA was put in by the home builder. To now expect the home owner to add additional trees is beyond ridiculous. Is this a new rule that was created? Why has it taken 8 years for them to say something?



I understand the purpose of an HOA in maintaining a consistent, clean and orderly residential area. This company goes to the nit pickiest degree for no good reason and then offers no support, communication, or follow up. When you e-mail or talk to them on the phone they come across as ill-educated and rude.



Good luck getting gate codes, pedestrian gate codes, regular newsletters...it's all completely awful. For the money they take in from each homeowner, it really is a disgrace.

RMI has done a phenomenal job as community manager for us. In fact , they are the best we've ever had! We are fortunate to have such a talented individual who is concerned and actively staying involved with our community. No other community manager has gone over their minimal role as manager as he has.
