I asked 4 wheel parts to install a rear wheelbase stretch kit and a rear coil over kit from GenRight offroad. First off I had a very high opinion of 4wp prior to dropping my jeep off. They have a very good reputation so I thought they would be a good choice to install such a difficult and involved kit on my jeep. When I went to check on their progress I noticed that instead of following the instructions, they had mounted the coilover shocks on top of the axle because it was quick and easy. They then told me that it would be ok and not to worry about it. I had to INSIST that they redo the job and do it right. In my opinion it is deplorable that a customer should have to ask that a job be done right, let alone insist. It should be done right the first time, especially by a company with 4wp's reputation. To be fair, in the end the quality of the install was very good. Getting there was a nightmare though. My advice is to avoid this shop. They did a very bad job for me and do not care abou
