Went to this RV dealer to look around and was amazed at how patient and not pushy the folks that work there are. The selection is good and I will return to buy soon. Just need some time.

This is the second Motor home we've bought here. Service has been excellent. Ed Neale is very nice & did an outstanding job!

The experience I had at Findlay getting our new coach was really a blast! There was no pressure and there were many RV's to choose from. Everything went smoothly and the introduction to my new coach was really fun. I would highly recommend them!

Our RV brand new RV was delivered late ruining our plans. The service department was unable to fix the RV for 4 days and we were stuck! They would not allow us to cancel the trans action even though they could not fulfill there obligation and deliver a working coach. The generator was short 2 quarts of oil and it only held 2.5 courts. Rueben the GM's mantra was they had master mechanics, but these so called experts did not even check the oil before turning the malfunctioning coach. A real company would have rescinded the sale because they were unable to fulfill there obligation of delivering a working vehicle. I have dealt with Findlay motors for cars but this operation shames their reputation.

When we bought our toyhauler we had the best experience from start to finish. Tony our salesman was great. He showed us how everything works because we are first timers. Reuben the manager was easy to deal with and very fair on the price. We never bought an RV before, but I don't see how it could be better than Findlay.
