I would give them a minus 100 if I could. I was going to my class reunion and wanted some tips put on. The next time I went in for a fill one of my nails was lifting and asked if I had a fungus and the owner told me no. I asked if he was sure and he said yes.

Three weeks later I went in and wanted to remove the old nails and get a new set. The girl never soaked the old nails off but started with a pair of nail scissors which was very painful. She cut me several times and caused bleeding. When the nails were off, I told her I thought I had fungus and she said "NO" and continued to put new tips on. When I went to pay, I had 3 $50 dollar bills and started to put them back in my wallet and put it on a credit card. She pulled the money out of my hand and said she would get change and walked off.

The following week I knew something was really bad with my nails. I went to an independent nail tech and she soaked off the new set I had just put on. She looked at me and said, oh, honey this is terrible and I am so sorry". All my nails were covered in fungus. I lost over half of 4 of my own fingernails which are now bleeding.
