NOT ETHICAL!!! My elderly mother had only spoken to him over the phone about Options for insurance, he gave the sh-peal about in order to "save" we can deduct from your acct monthly, before even having the papers delivered to sign to finalize everything he had already run her bank information to charge her. When she tried to say she wasn't comfortable with the way he was treating her and said she didn't want to proceed, He said "Too late I already have your money. Then hung up on her! I'll be contacting my friend, who happens to be the Sr. VP of the region, to make a formal complaint!!!! Shame on you and how you speak to, take advantage of, intimidate and treat the elderly in your area Stephen Laycock. If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!
