Provided by YP.comI JUST WANT TO SAY THAT OUR FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND CO-WORKERS WILL NOT BEING GOING TO THIS FANTASTIC SAM'S. THE EXPERIENCE MY FATHER WENT THROUGH, MIND YOU, HE IS 70 YEARS OLD AND JUST WANTED A REGULAR BUZZ CUT. THE HAIR STYLIST DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND WHEN MY FATHER ASKED HER TO FIX IT, SHE SAID THEIR WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HAIRCUT AND WALKED AWAY. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!! TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY HAVE NO SAY IN THEIR OWN HAIRCUT AND ALSO FOR FANTASTIC SAM'S TO HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THAT. NOT ONCE DID SHE TREAT MY FATHER WITH DIGNITY, SENSITIVITY OR JUST A CUSTOMER. HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE UNDERSTANDING AND KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. FOR NOW, OUR BUSINESS WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE.
I appologize for the way that you and your family were treated. We strive to offer the best quality service and best customer service at our salon, unfortunately not everyone of our employees has our vision. We try to monitor our stylists and continually replace the ones that are not up to par. Again i appologize for your experience in our salon.
