Fanco is so much better than Lowes or Home Depot. They have everything ranging from cheap to expensive, and they're willing to show you how fans work so that you understand what you are buying.

We have purchased all of our fans from Fanco since 2001 for 3 different houses and have always been happy.

Recently, I had trouble with a fan I had purchased at FANCO and since I am not experienced in diagnosing complicated mechanical problems I contacted the store. The assistant store manager, Michael talked me through possible solutions. He was able to guide and advise me how to reprogram the unit.

It was a great experience having my problem solved in a professional manner. I was very impressed with his willingness to help an old customer. Michael is truly an asset and a wonderful representative of the FANCO COMPANY. I will recommend FANCO to anyone looking to purchase the best ceiling fans with the nicest and knowledgeable personnel. This place is a complete rip off. Don't buy into their buy one get one gimmicks! Look online for the fan you want and save yourself time and money. After being treated poorly there I went on line and found the exact same fan for $58 less! Plus I got a 5 year warranty for free. If you want to get a great deal, be treated well, and save yourself a headache DONT GO TO FANCO.
