Phone rings 20 times no one will pick up line. If line is answered you will be put on hold immediately & no one will pick up for 30 minutes. If you disconnect call back lines busy. Your prescription never ready as promised, wait time 4 hours to several days. Sounds familiar that's what experience I had with chain mills like CVS & Walgreens for last 7 years till I found Family care Pharmacy 6 months ago. This Guy’s awesome, Pharmacists & staff who really cares Filled all my prescriptions fast while I wait in 10 to 15 minutes. My phone calls answered immediately. Everyone is super nice, patient with my questions and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience which the chain pharmacy did on a frequent basis. I was just a number there while here I am a Patient they truly care. Now me & family going nowhere.

These are strong arming people to get the more expensive RX filled and go as far as call your Dr. to get it filled because it pays them a lot of money. They even threaten you because you are getting a controlled substance into buying the med I don't use on a reg. basis.

These guys are awesome! They provided better 10 times better service than Walgreens typically does. I am so happy I went to this pharmacy. The staff is very nice (especially the main Pharmacist and his wife). I will definitely be back. Highly recommended! Dump the big chain stores for this place!

This place has renewed my faith in pharmacists. I am done with CVS and Walgreens. The pharmacist/owner was the nicest man you would ever want to meet. Excellent customer service! I was treated like a human being with medical conditions and not like a loser off the street. Highly recommend. We transferred all if our family's Rx's to Family Care. Do yourself a favor and kick the big corporate pharmacies to the curb.

I was regular pt at wag & cvs

They treated me like a dirtbag. Considered me a just number. If u call them will send on goose chase putting on hold for ever. Nothing gets done right. Filled my Rxs wrong, no one took any responsibility . I tried family care pharmacy once I got sold. Caring & compassionate staff went an extra mile for me. Paid same copayment for my Rxs & cash price much cheaper than Walgreens & cvs. I moved all 12 of my Rxs & all my family members Rxs.

Outstanding & highly recommended

Amazing pharmacy! The staff was great, they filled my prescription extremely quickly, and also gave me a great price! It is family-owned and operated, so the service was 10x better than Walgreens' service. I would highly recommend trying this pharmacy!
