Avoid this car wash!!! They cracked my windshield straight down the middle. From the top to the bottom dead center. When we complained the manager said that it was already damaged from a rock chip. Not true. The employees are rude and honestly strange. I gave a star so I could comment. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this business.

While at Fabulous Freddy’s, on Charleston Blvd., my antenna broke, as the person who drove it from the vacuum station forgot to put it down. A report was taken and they said they would take care of it. A long story short and numerous trips to the car wash, not so fabulous Tracy, the manager, changed her story several times about how this was going to be taken care of. Her last request was that I make an appointment at the dealership, almost $300.00, and there would be a check there to pay for it. I should not have had to put any time and mileage into this repair, but I was willing to sit at the dealership and wait for the repair to be completed. But after Tracy’s inability to remember what she said the last time we talked, I had little faith there would be a check waiting at the dealership and did not go.



I sent a detailed email to not so fabulous Fred and after two weeks did not received any acknowledgment. I called the corporate office several times, but Fred is never there, so I left two voicemail messages and no response.



There is a reason that the Better Business Bureau gives D’s and F’s to Fabulous Freddy’s. It seems that Fred has lost site of the reason he started this business and his mission statement: We believe in providing a fabulous experience of the highest quality, convenience, value and service.



Responding to emails and phone calls is one of the easiest things an owner can do to show good customer service, but that is not the case here.

I love this place. It's all the happy people !

I thought this scam had stopped! I did not go in to get pressured by some kid with tatoos all over. Car wash is good but if they keep letting these windshield kids harass every customer, I am not coming back!
