They are all so very nice, If I have any concerns, They are always there to answer & help an anyway they can.

Double check your booking!! They overbooked the day I went and cut my spa day in half! Plus we were not allowed or offered any upgrades, (we planned on several upgrades and brought $$ to spend!!) the front desk lady was incredibly RUDE and everything was rushed!! The only good thing about my visit was the massage and facial :(
