it started in the hospital when the Solari "rep" painted this rosy picture of all the services we would provided. Quickly learned that was no where close to true. Not once did I EVER have concerns or complaints adequately or appropriately addressed. My father was often NOT put on the schedule or forgotten.. My only request was to have the aide show up before noon(giving them a good 4 hr window) and was TOLD THAT COULDNT BE PROMISED. the only thing they could guarantee was the day not the TIME. Distrought and frazzled calls to ppl that are supposed to PROVIDE Me , the caregiver/daughter some peace of mind were fruitless. IN FACT the weekday scheduler had the BALLS to tell ME that she did not have to take me raising my voice AND HUNG UP ON ME... WTF is that? OF COURSE YOU SHOULD TAKE WHATEVER your clients deal you and PROVIDE THEM WITH SOME UNDERSTANDING and EMPATHY .. COMPASSION AND QUALITY SERVICE. THANK GOD for the WEEKEND Scheduler, KIMBERLY who took serveral calls late AM on Sat.

GOOD MORNING,Today, June 29, 2009, my Grandfather, Richard Phillips, lay in room #9. I want to thank your entire staff for the care you have given him. Solari Hospice has made his stay very comfortable. With special thanks to Patti and the Chef's that have put their love into every scoop of ice cream that they have served.
