If you have prior injuries, find a larger firm with more experience. If your a first time personal injury client you should be fine with Eric. But warning, if he doesn’t believe you have a case he will not go the extra mile to fight for you. You get placed on the back burner and years can go by.

I would strongly recommend the Eric Roy law firm to anyone seeking a great lawyer. First off, I'm not the type that writes reviews, I'm a very busy person and don't have time or the urge to do so but had to take time after dealing with this firm. I recently had a case where I consulted several law firms before choosing Eric Roy. Many firms I simply did not feel the legal counsel was competent or that they would put my case to the side and the case wouldn't be handled in a timely manner. There were even firms that were asking for money down or a retainer which I couldn't believe. I understood my case wasn't a clear cut win but knew after doing research that I was in the right, even with the other insurance company flat out denying any claim or their party of wrong doing. A friend referred me to Eric and after a personal meeting with him and his staff, I went with him. Within the first week my skepticism of lawyers and thoughts of this case being delayed and taking forever were laid to rest. Eric and his staff were very professional and called me several times to let me know the status of the case and what as happening. Within a few weeks the case was done and I received a settlement. I couldn't believe how quick and easy this was especially after thinking of previous prior dealings in the past with lawyers and insurance companies. It took half the time and I received a good amount more than almost exact cases I had researched on the internet. Before calling another lawyer, I would highly advise you to reach out to the Eric Roy law firm!!!

I was very impressed when I first met Mr. Roy. The consultation was very relaxing and I didn't feel like he was rushing me out. He gave me all the time I needed. I had went to a few attorney's who were asking for too much money and I was relieved when Eric offered me a flat fee that covered everything I needed. Although I have to say it took a little longer than expected to get get my initial motion filed, I did meet with Alex a few times to make sure we covered everything in the motion. Once everything was filed, my case was done quickly. Ultimately I got the order I was looking for. It was surprisingly very easy with Eric. I would definitely refer Eric Roy to others.

It really depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you and get you a good outcome you are looking at the right attorney. However if you need to talk to your attorney several times a day to discuss with him personally then you might not want to go with Mr. Roy. Although he does have a large and knowledgeable staff that kept me informed he is frequently in court and thus not easily personally available. But I will say that he produced excellent results for me. He also did a superb job for my friend who initially referred me.

I have used this attorney in the past and he is very knowledgable and responsible. I suggest others use him.

These attorneys were able to achieve all my goals in court with minimal amounts of red tape and had honest pricing that was straight forward.

Free consultation and not a free consultation where they talk for 5 minutes and ask for your money, the lead lawyer Eric actually talked to me for an hour and made me fully aware of any pending fees and a realist point of view of what my chances were. I appreciated his 'up-front- attitude and made a good decision. We are just beginning our motions so hopefully everything goes well but so far this attorney knows his business.

I had been going through a horrible time trying to find a good attorney that would work with my situation, I had been to Hannraty and others and they weren't really willing to work with me.
