Equity Title/Escrow is like finding gold!!! Joy, Bryan and Rob are by far the most professional, kind, accurate Title/Escrow agents you will ever find. I have never had such great title/escrow service like these folks! Most escrow companies just go through the steps. Equity Sunset goes beyond! Bryan went in depth with me to explain questions on the title/escrow; further, did not make me feel intimidated or embarrassed on asking these questions.
