Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Las Vegas, NV was an awesome experience! The service was impeccable from the start. The gentleman cleaning the cars assisted with helping me put my luggage in the trunk. The young lady who took me to my car assisted with the inspection and completing the forms. Then when I arrived to check out the car at the drive thru booth I mentioned a bad order coming from the car and the gentleman there insisted that I get another car. Even though I did get another car I felt like my request was important and that it was "no problem" to get me another car. The BEST Customer Service I have ever received when I rented a car! Please keep the prices inexpensive because now I am spoiled and do not want to rent from any other company.

Bait and raise the PRICE!! Be sure and do all your reservation online. My rate went from an online quote of $240 to $507.54. Some of that was taxes, but the online rate for a Nissan Altima is $52 for the car alone. When I returned the car I was charged $70 per day for the car plus taxes and fees. When I asked about the scalping I was ignored and told it was already on my card. Nothing could be done. I will dispute with VISA!

The people there were very nice and very helpful. Will definitely rent from them again in the future.

These people are great and I mean that we rented a compact car at first then realized that it was to small for the family they put us in a mini van with no problems and the same rate as the compact because they didn't have any mid size at that time in and out super fast what a great experience

The car was nice, but I hated the radio - it was one of these touch and go type of things and I never did get it to do what I wanted in the 3 days I had it - other than that - everything was fine.

I love enterprise and everytime we go to Vegas we rent thru them the customer service is great and the people are so friendly towards the customers and very helpful in any way possible. We'll continue to use enterprise rental. THANK YOU Enterprise.

My husband made reservations with another company who increased the $222 rental we paid online to $1200 for the same time period because of a large basketball tournament in town. Everyone else was sold out of cars but Enterprise told us to make the reservation online for the next day and they would have a car for us. It was a quick and easy process and we were upgraded to an intermediate SUV because of having to wait a day to get a car. Extending the rental was super easy and dropping off the car was just as simple. No deposit, no pushy clerk regarding the insurance, and the price they quoted is exactly what we paid. All around great experience with this location!
