The absolute worst car rental experience we had on our trip. We were in 3 different states, rented from 7 different Enterprise locations. This location was by far the most inefficient and lacking in customer service. They were 20 minutes late picking me up because the manager and csr did not relay the proper instructions to their driver. I had to wait several minutes in the office for my car to be ready to leave, even though I was the only one in the office. When I returned the car, the cost charged on my rental was not what I was believed that it would be. When I called the manager and questioned it, and told him that it was more than he quoted me, I was told corporate sets their prices. Again, the worst branch!! Would recommend a different location. Enterprise as a whole is exceptional ~~~ this branch is their downfall.
