Enchanted Florist was an absolute dream to work with. I hired Enchanted Florist after meeting with several others in Las Vegas and I was floored from the get-go!!! They had incredibly innovative and fresh ideas when we met for the first time and they were willing to work with me on an extremely tight budget. (You know how that can be, Brides!) I felt so comfortable with the rapport that we had built that I told them to just run with it...they could do whatever they wanted for my wedding because I trusted them. (I guess you could say I'm not a very controlling bride). I am so glad I let them "do their thing" because when I walked out to our alter in our outdoor wedding, my jaw dropped at how beautiful it was. And, when I saw our room where the reception was held for the first time, I was fighting back tears. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. My husband and I can't thank them enough for how special they made our wedding day.

We can't wait to see what they come up with for my daughters wedding in Sept - the designs they showed us were so special and like nothing we had seen elsewhere. The ladies also spent a lot of time helping us pick affordable, in season, flowers that would fit our budget but definitely make the day unforgettable. Lots of tips and advice for brides from referrals for DJ's to cakes - so unlike other vendors only interested in their own cha-ching. Even the groom had fun with their ideas and care and attention. Way to go for any special event!!

Recently, one of my dear friends had a baby. I wanted to send something to let her know I was thinking of her...but it had to be an arrangement as unique as her. No baby blue with cheesy, plastic baby booty pics showed up--Enchanted created a unique, modern, colorful arrangement that celebrated not only the birth of her son, but also the sun shine-y personality that is my friend. It included all kinds of personal details that let my friend know how important she and her new baby are to my family. This is the place to go if you want to put a smile on someone's face! Pleasant, professional, particular and ORIGINAL! You can't go wrong with Enchanted Florist.

Enchanted floral supplies arrangements for our special events at the arts factory. They also supply arrangements for all of our special catering events at the Bar+Bistro in the Arts Factory. They are creative, supportive, and have always conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. I have NEVER heard them utter the words, "no,” or “that's not possible” regardless of how small or large the project. They are a young, creative, fresh group, who have designed contemporary, stylish, funky, and incredibly creative arrangements for all our special events. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for something different, unique, and beautiful.

This place is all around aweful! The were very misleading, delivered the wrong item & were VERY rude. I get a call from the shop asking why I refused delivery. I told her it wasn't the Victorian colors I ordered she said "Explain what Victorian colors are" If she didn't know then shouldn't she have asked before making the order? She told me that they couldn't do another delivery that day, & I asked if I could come pick it up later as it would be hard to get an arrangement the day before the services especially with all my other responsibilities that go along with coordinating a funeral. She said they wouldn't be able to do it, I should just take the one they made. So I told her I wanted a refund. She Literally started LAUGHING at me. I told her I wasn't paying $188.00 for something I didn't order & how dare she LAUGH AT ME WHEN MY MOTHER JUST DIED. I said "you need to refund my money" She stared laughing again & sarcastically said "Ok then, Bye" and hung up abruptly.

My husband put on a luau for my birthday last month. He looked to the team at the Enchanted Florist, Las Vegas to turn our home into a tropical paradise. They not only created beautiful, tropical arrangements which included exotic flowers such as Bird of Paradise. But they also made smaller, accent arrangements, disguised as tiki drinks that complimented the existing design of our home! The best part was the handmade, Hawaiian lei of blue and purple orchids that was presented to me when I arrived. These ladies created a magical, tropical atmosphere that transformed our desert hideaway into an authentic luau wonderland! I highly recommend them. They will turn your party into an unforgettable event.

I recenly had an opening for some of my artwork at a gallery here, in Las Vegas. Over 500 people attended. And throughout the night, I received endless compliments on the beautiful floral designs created by the team at the Enchanted Florist. When ordering, I simply relayed that I wanted something unique, colorful and pieces that would compliment the artwork. What they came up with was a gorgeous combination of modern design using traditional flowers and unexpected accents-such as metallic wire. Everything was presented in a variety of exotic vessels, including everything from an oversized martini glass to a 4 foot-tall ostrich feather arrangement.

I received the most hideous floral arrangement I'd ever seen from this florist. I actually took pictures of it and sent it to my coworkers who sent it to me, just so they could get in on the laugh! That's all that was good about it, the comic relief it provided.I also called the florist and complained. I left a message and someone called and said that she would speak to her manager. Of course, I never heard back from them. The flowers were half dead and drooping (it actually lasted a total of 2 days) when it arrived and looked like it had been arranged by a five year old. UGLY and horrifying that they were paid for this. Remind me to avoid Las Vegas's best floral shop when my son gets married next year!!!

I am always impressed by the floral arrangements Enchanted Florist produce. It is a mystery to me how they manage to stay so unique and never fail to surprise? Whatever it is that inspires them is working because their flowers are simply divine-every time.
