Thieves, swindlers. Lack of professionalism, botched, incompetent.
They came to change the pump motor of the pool and replaced it with an engine that was not compatible with my system. In addition, this installation was done by running, leaving the cables in the air. Upon realizing that it was not the right engine, they tried to start a control plate of the engine itself (a botched and a risk)
Pars end, without asking permission or asking they stole the pieces that were in my system.

While waiting for the stolen pieces to be returned, I am forced to go to the authorities and sue them

I have had this company servicing my pool for a month now. The first week they didn’t even bother showing up nor did they call to tell me about it. Then they said they would send someone out as a last stop on Tuesday. Still didn’t show up. Then not even on Wednesday. Thursday rolls around and someone shows up but he knows nothing about pools. My pool has yellow algae and yes I had it before them, that is why I no longer have the old pool guy. They sent someone out last week but he told me nothing when he left as far as what he did. I still had a TON of algae on the walls and the floor. I could see exactly where he vacuumed, because of the line in the bottom where it was clean and everywhere else where it was dirty. When I called to see what he did and when they were coming back I was told Monday to do it again then Thursday as a normal weekly service. Well low and behold no one yesterday. So I am calling them and get no answer or return call. I have left about 3 messages so far today at all different times so I know it’s not their lunchtime. I owned a pool businesses for 10 years in the Las Vegas valley and there is no way I would do this to my customers. This company is a joke! I would do the pool myself but I am constantly out of town for my job and 10 years of it was more then enough.

No call. No show. They said the pool heater would be fixed last week and still nothing. Use someone else if you need the job done.

I have a home warranty & EMERALD POOLS were assigned, I called them first to get an ETA , Donna in the office was very helpful. The technician KEITH was on time he installed a new filter pump & he got me back in business. EMERALD POOLS has great customer service & did a great job. I highly recommend them & will use them for future work����������������

Made an appointment with them to come out to check my pool thru my home warranty. they never showed and never answered the phone canceled my home warranty from home warranty of america what a rip off

As others have stated, they no showed to one appointment then showed up instead of at 9 am at 4 pm. They do not return phone calls or messages left. Would never recommend this company.

Came out to look at heater found problem fixed on the spot. Also very knowledgeable about pentair automatic poool system great service

Showed up 3 hours late with no phone call.. wouldn't answer calls til 5 minutes before he arrived. Left with no warning or phone call AND left the back gate wide open. Thank God the dog was inside.. will not be giving them my business ever again.

They were great at first. Then they started skipping a week here and there with no notice. When I asked for a credit for time missed, in the next billing they charged me for some chemical and cleaning the filters (filters had just been cleaned 2 months before). Obviously making up for the credit I requested. Now they have not been here for two weeks. Bottom line: they are not realiable.
