Eleven 11 is a HORRIBLE place to live!! Everything is wrong in these apartments especially the apartment manager Leticia or Letty. Every time we have a problem in this apartment and we go tell her about it she gives us a dirty look and then says there is nothing she can do about it. If you have something that needs to be fixed she will tell you to put a work order in and then it will be about a month or 2 until what you needed is taken care of and by that time you have already discover something else that needs to be fixed. You can run your dryer and shower at the same time if you wanted hot water you would have to go outside in your storage closet and flip the switch. If you wanted to run your air conditioner while it is still fall forget about because the maintence men have to climb up on the roof and switch it over from heat to air. Bugs are everywhere. The gym is only open from 9 to 5, and that is only if Letty is there but she makes her own hours so some days she will be there all day others she will take a 3 hour lunch just for the hell of it.
